Soy Sauce / Tamari – Terrasana
This is a strong flavoured Tamari sauce from Terrasana, a powerful, gluten free Japanese soy sauce made from soya beans and koji, a unique Japanese mold. Terrasana is authentically made by Japanese connoisseurs and requires a fermentation period of no less than 18 months. This fermentation takes place in 100-year-old cedar barrels.
The taste of organic tamari is wonderfully complex and powerful, and contains all five flavours: salt, sour, sweet, bitter and umami. With this type of Japanese soy sauce, you can raise any dish to a higher level miso soups, noodles, marinades sushi and even stews.
