An alternative to durum wheat pasta this organic fusilli pasta is made from lentils. This legume pasta is naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber and protein and can be used for all main course dishes and is also delicious in a salad.
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil (ratio : 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta per person).
Add the pasta and salt once the water boils. Stir occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes. Then drain and serve.
