Fish Fingers – ProLaTerre
Give the fishies a break this Friday and try these tasty ProLaTerre tofu fish fingers instead. These pre baked, soy based breaded sticks will be enjoyed by kids and adults in place of regular fish fingers and can be accompanied with all the usual fish finger trimmings of peas, potatoes or salad.
Fry in rapeseed oil in over a hot heat and brown on both sides for 3/4 minutes.
