This is a 160g pack of fermented plant based cheese.
This Cicioni organic vegan mature cheese was created by vegan raw food expert Daniela Cicioni and is produced in Italy using cashews and almonds. The nuts are first soaked in water and lactic bacteria for around 10 hours, the organic nuts are then ground and left to ferment. After one day the fermented mixture is seasoned and then left again for five days.
This vegan cheese is suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. It is packed in an octagonal box made from materials derived from renewable sources and is 100% recyclable.
