A 120g jar of organic Agar Agar powder, so good they named it twice. Agar Agar is also known as Japanese kanten or China grass and is a vegetable gelatin produced from seaweed.
It is an excellent source of a calcium, iron and fiber and is regularly used in Asian, vegan and vegetarian cooking as it makes a excellent thickener or gelling agent and has a bulking effect when added to dishes.
